Marie-Christine Vésy - Ysvé
BIOGRAPHY
I’m from Valais canton, Switzerland, by birth and from Belle Île, Brittany, in my heart. Mountains and ocean, both these complementary forces are vital to me and nourish me with their beauty, their strength, and also their fragility.
I was initiated into and trained in various energy practices before discovering oil painting and the sensuality of its texture and the wealth in its pigments. Painting became my obvious means of expression; it fills me with joy and gratitude.
I thank the Ré-Visionnaire art collective from the bottom of my heart for the wonderful opportunity they have given me to share. I am very happy to belong to this association whose aims and values are perfectly coherent with what drives and inspires me.
Artistic approach
My desire is to provide each viewer of my paintings with a bit of gentleness, joy, and peace.
When I am centred and rooted in the earth, with my heart wide open and connected to the source of all that is, I can feel the flow of life nourishing my painting with its vibrating touch of healing love.
